Meet the Nova, our no front seam legging!! The front is one smooth, clean panel with no center seam running down it, so you get a flattering, uninterrupted line whether you're in a forward fold or standing in line for coffee. The back has a V seam instead of the usual T seam, which follows your natural shape and lifts where you want it to. Your skin will thank you as it can finally breathe in our insanely soft super-luxe nontoxic plant-based fabric, the same fabric as our best-selling Aspen. These leggings are ultra stretchy, while still hugging you in, and will keep you cool during any activity from yoga to your most high-impact workout. Designed for comfort, they fit high-rise and are ankle length (and squat proof of course).

Instead of plastic bottles, we're dedicated to using a nontoxic tree-based fabric that's grown in a clean and regenerative way. Composition is 92% TENCEL™ Lyocell/8% ROICA™ V550 spandex. TENCEL™ is OEKO TEX 100 Certified.

Frequently asked questions

What does "no front seam" mean?
Most leggings have a seam running down the center front, from the waistband to the crotch. The Nova doesn't. The front is cut as one smooth panel, so there's no seam to pull, pucker, or draw the eye. It's the detail people keep asking us for.

What is a V seam in the back?
Standard leggings have a T seam in the back, where a horizontal seam meets the vertical one. The Nova uses a V shaped seam instead, which curves with your body and gives a natural lifted shape without any extra panels or padding.

What are Nova leggings made of?
They're made from 92% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 8% ROICA™ V550 spandex. TENCEL is a plant-based fiber spun from responsibly grown trees, so the main fabric comes from wood instead of plastic. The TENCEL is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Are Nova leggings nontoxic?
Yes. The TENCEL Lyocell is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which means it's tested and verified free of harmful levels of substances. It's made in a clean, closed-loop process without the harsh chemistry used for conventional synthetics.

Are these leggings squat proof?
Yes, they are. The fabric has enough weight and density that it doesn't go sheer when you bend or squat, and that holds true in every color we make.

How should I size these leggings?
The fabric is very stretchy, so we recommend sizing down if you're between sizes. The inseam is 27 inches, and we offer XXS through 6XL.

How is the Nova different from the Aspen?
Same fabric, same high-rise ankle length fit. The Nova has no front seam and a V seam in the back, while the Aspen has a classic center front seam. If you love the Aspen, you'll feel right at home in the Nova.
