What are Reprise leggings made of?
They're made from 92% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 8% ROICA™ V550 spandex. TENCEL is a plant-based fiber spun from responsibly grown trees, so the main fabric comes from wood instead of plastic. The TENCEL is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Are Reprise leggings nontoxic?
Yes. The TENCEL Lyocell is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which means it's tested and verified free of harmful levels of substances. It's made in a clean, closed-loop process without the harsh chemistry used for conventional synthetics.

Are these leggings free of polyester and nylon?
Yes. The main fabric is plant-based TENCEL, not polyester or nylon. There's a small amount of spandex for stretch, which is why we say plant-based and nontoxic rather than plastic-free.

Are these leggings squat proof?
Yes, they are. The fabric has enough weight and density that it doesn't go sheer when you bend or squat, and that holds true in every color we make.

Do TENCEL leggings hold up for real workouts?
They do. TENCEL is naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, and the spandex gives four-way stretch that hugs you in. Customers wear them for yoga, HIIT, training, lifting and everyday.

How should I size these leggings?
The fabric is very stretchy, so we recommend sizing down if you're between sizes. The inseam is 27 inches.

Do these leggings have pockets?
These don't, but our Sage legging has side pockets that fit a phone.

Only non-toxic legging I have found that is squat proof and fits beautifully

I have tried almost every single non-toxic active wear brand as well as 100% wool leggings or 100% cotton leggings...nothing has ever been squat proof, these really are. The material is soft and VERY stretchy, but it is thick enough that you can really size down and they are still completely not see through. I am almost exclusively a size medium, size 8, 29 inch waist and I took the recommendation to size down and got a small. The small fits very well but I did decide to also get an XS so they are a bit tighter because even when these are stretched out they are still not see through, what an absolute game changer. My gym has super bright flouresent lights and we are constantly squatting and dead lifting and these are the only non toxic legging that is not sheer no matter how I move. They stay up well are super comfortable and the cut is beautiful, basic and flattering. I did not size down with the sports bra, I am a 36/34 C and I got a medium which fits very nicely but I am going to get a small too just to have one that is tighter for running. I am so happy I took a chance with these. No matter how much I sweat they don't get that weird smell that synthetic leggings do and they don't get weird and sticky like other non toxic brands I have tried. Finally a plastic free alternative that I can move in and not worry about.

Great everyday leggings

Love how smooth and soft they feel, they work great for everyday and some yoga or Pilates! Very stretchy and definitely on the larger side because of it so consider sizing down. But if you’re into CrossFit or anything with a lot of barbell work these are probably not the leggings to use, the fabric feels too fragile and pills on the thighs after prolonged barbell training. Hoping the other style leggings hold up!

I’ve tried a lot of non toxic leggings—these are the best!
Regarding sizing, I’m a solid Medium in leggings across brands—and to be transparent, have some extra weight on me right now 😂—and could probably fit into the Smalls. They are super stretchy. And so comfortable! As suggested, if you’re between sizes, definitely size down.

LOVE these leggings!

I really love the Aspen leggings, they are so comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. The wine waistband is super comfortable also. I wear either a large or extra large in leggings depending on the brand, and I got the recommended large in these and they fit perfectly.
They are comfortable enough to wear all day for everything (yoga, walking, errands, chores, lounging etc.), and nice enough to dress up with a nicer top for going out. I tried many other companies looking for a natural fiber legging replacement for all of my polyester based leggings, and these are by far and above my favorites!
Would love to see them offered in a charcoal gray and also in a white. I think they would be nice enough in white to wear with a button down top in the summer.

Reprise leggings are a nice thickness and very soft! I’ve struggled to find a good pair of leggings w non toxic materials that compared to the popular conventional options, e.g. lululemon , and these are my favorite so far! They stay up better than the Mate brand leggings I bought.
