Welcome to round two of the monthly workout and playlist series leading up to our launch in March!
This month I decided to switch up everything and bring you some of my favorite yoga sequences. My yoga practice is pretty basic - I've only ever done one handstand and have yet to successfully hold crow pose for more than 3 seconds - but I feel that no matter our skill level we can all reap the numerous benefits of it!
The playlist this month will bring you back to the best decade and so much #femalepower with some of the greats like Ashanti and J-Lo. It's uplifting whether or not you listen to it during your next workout.
